Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service Call us at (340) 775-5652 if you wish reschedule or cancel.
If we must cancel scheduled charters due to weather, changes in your cruise ship’s itinerary, or vessel considerations we will immediately refund you your full deposit and notify you as early as possible.
A 50% deposit of the total charter price is required for all reservations and will charged at the time of booking. Reservations can be made by visiting our Booking Site or calling (340) 775-5652.
The balance of the charter fee must be paid in full by cash or credit card before embarking and will be charged to your selected payment method on the day of your booking unless you have made other arrangement directly with us.
You will receive a full refund on your deposit for cancellations up to 14 days before your scheduled charter. You will receive 50% of your deposit for cancellations from 14 days to 7 days before your scheduled charter. We will retain the deposit for late cancellations of fewer than 7 days before your scheduled charter and no-shows.
Private Charters and Custom events require no less than 14 days notice of cancelation for the deposit to be eligible for refund. If any special arrangements, provisions, or other expenses have been incurred by DaySail Fantasy at your request in advance of your private charter we reserve the right to deduct these from your deposit and will work with you to reach a fair accounting in the unlikely event it is required
You agree to complete, sign and be bound by all terms and conditions in the DaySail Fantasy Participant Waiver and Release of Liability Claims, Model Release, Medical History and Assumption of Risk Acknowledgment before participating. Printed forms will be made available on site before your charter.
By making the prepayment, you agree to the following terms: You agree to contact and work in good faith with DaySail Fantasy to resolve any disputes regarding charges or services before initiating a chargeback or filing a dispute with your credit card company.
